Before Endurance IT, our founders led technology and security organizations at a scale most local IT providers never reach. Andrew served as CEO of Kudelski Security — the global cybersecurity division of a publicly traded group — and as CEO of Ekco, one of Europe's largest security-first managed cloud providers. In those roles, our team helped organizations recover from ransomware attacks, major data breaches, and security incidents at the enterprise level.
We are engineers first: practical builders with long histories across IT operations, security, and software delivery. Our Georgia Tech roots reflect a mindset of technical rigor and execution discipline that we bring to every client engagement.
We built Endurance IT in Athens because we saw a gap: mid-market businesses that need enterprise-grade IT and security — without the enterprise overhead, offshore escalation, or rotating account managers. We met at Creed Athens, and we also operate Athens Event Rentals — which keeps us close to what running a service business actually feels like from the other side.

Andrew has led cybersecurity and managed services organizations at the highest level — including as CEO of Kudelski Security, the global cybersecurity division of the publicly traded Kudelski Group, and as CEO of Ekco, one of Europe's leading security-first managed cloud providers. He has guided organizations through ransomware incidents, major data breaches, and enterprise-scale modernization. That same operating discipline now applies to Endurance IT clients — without the enterprise price tag.
Our operating philosophy
We build engagements around a long-term partnership horizon, typically three years. Year one often costs us more to deliver than what we bill — we're assessing, stabilizing, and right-sizing an inherited environment. We accept that trade-off deliberately, because we're building toward a multi-year relationship, not a single transaction. Flat-rate pricing reflects that: we're incentivized by environments that run well, not by ticket volume.
