IT for churches.

Sunday is your most important day. We treat it that way โ€” with dedicated Sunday coverage, reliable Wi-Fi, church management system support, and pricing that fits a ministry budget.

What we hear from churches

The same problems, at almost every church we visit.

When we walk a church campus for the first time, the picture is almost always the same: Wi-Fi that drops during services, a ChMS with a backlog of unfinished configuration, onboarding and offboarding that nobody truly owns, and security that was never designed โ€” just accumulated.

01

Unreliable Wi-Fi during services

Poor access point placement, undersized hardware, and unprioritized bandwidth create the worst possible experience during your highest-traffic moments โ€” Sunday services, major events, and large gatherings. This is fixable, and it's usually the first thing we address.

02

A ChMS backlog no one is clearing

Configuration requests, workflow automation, reporting, and form setup pile up because nobody on staff has the time or depth to work through them. We provide dedicated implementation hours as part of our engagement โ€” not billed separately when you finally ask for help.

03

A constantly changing roster with no formal process

Staff and volunteers rotate constantly. Without a formal onboarding and offboarding process, access accumulates โ€” people who left still have credentials, and new people don't have what they need. We own that process end to end.

04

A network nobody is actively watching

Most church networks are unmanaged โ€” no monitoring, no firmware updates, no visibility into what's connected. When something breaks, nobody notices until a staff member or volunteer hits the problem. We put your network under active management from day one.

Most common complaint

Is your church Wi-Fi unreliable on Sundays?

Poor quality-of-service configuration, undersized access points, and bad AP placement are the most common culprits โ€” and they're all diagnosable before any money is spent. Our complimentary Wi-Fi Assessment identifies exactly what's wrong and what it will take to fix it.

What we manage

Everything your staff and congregation depends on.

We offer three service tiers โ€” from essential network and internet management up to a full managed IT partnership. Most churches start at one tier and expand as they see what a managed environment actually feels like.

๐Ÿ“ก

Managed Wi-Fi

We start with a complimentary Wi-Fi Assessment โ€” site survey, access point analysis, guest network review, and a prioritized remediation plan before any work begins. Then we right-size your network, fix what's wrong, and keep it under active management and monitoring from that point forward.

๐ŸŒ

Managed Internet

We take ownership of your primary internet circuit โ€” monitoring uptime, managing performance, and coordinating directly with your provider when issues arise. If your connection goes down, we're the first call, not you.

โ›ช

Church management system support

Dedicated implementation and configuration support for your church management system โ€” whether that's Rock, Planning Center, Breeze, ACS, or another platform. Workflow automation, report and dashboard building, form setup, integration troubleshooting, and permission structuring, included as part of your engagement.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ

Sunday coverage

Standard support is Monday through Friday. Sunday is your most important day, so we treat it differently. A technician is on-site every Sunday for a minimum of 3 months while your network stabilizes, then transitions to dedicated on-call aligned to your service times. An automated check runs every Sunday morning before services begin. Critical issues during live services are acknowledged in 15 minutes, engaged within 1 hour.

๐Ÿ’ป

Managed Workspace & help desk

A responsive help desk for day-to-day issues your staff and volunteers encounter. Critical issues acknowledged within 15 minutes, engaged within 1 hour. Most issues resolved remotely; we come on-site when remote isn't enough. Formal onboarding and offboarding process owned by us โ€” not ad hoc and staff-dependent.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ

Managed Security

24/7 endpoint detection and response, centralized security logging across endpoint, identity, email, and cloud signals, monthly vulnerability scanning, and architecture modernization aligned to current best practices. Policy development and cyber insurance questionnaire support included.

โ˜๏ธ

Managed Cloud & backup

Cloud platform administration and licensing optimization across the tools your church runs on โ€” email, collaboration, and ministry applications. Immutable offsite backup with defined recovery objectives, recurring restore testing, and documented runbooks. You'll know what you can recover, and we'll have tested it.

๐Ÿ“ฑ

Device lifecycle & iPad management

New hire onboarding handled formally โ€” device provisioned, tested, and shipped direct, arriving configured on day one. Every device inventoried and tracked. iPads enrolled in MDM, kept current with OS and app patches, with hot-swap replacement on failure. VIP 24-hour device swap available as an add-on.

๐Ÿ“ท

Cameras (scoped separately)

IP camera coverage for parking lots, entrances, children's ministry areas, and facility access points โ€” managed on a Ubiquiti UniFi Protect NVR with on-premises storage and no recurring cloud fees. Scoped based on your campus size and coverage needs โ€” contact us for details.

Strategic partnership

A vCIO who knows your ministry calendar.

Every full managed services engagement includes a Virtual CIO โ€” a joint technology roadmap refreshed quarterly, aligned to ministry priorities and budget cycles. We review all of your technology spend, even outside our direct scope, to find real savings. Technology decisions get made proactively, not in a panic when something breaks.

Quarterly roadmap aligned to ministry priorities

We look ahead at staffing changes, campus growth, new ministry initiatives, and budget cycles โ€” and adjust your technology plan before those changes create problems, not after.

Full technology spend review

We review all of your technology spend โ€” including tools and vendors outside our direct management. This regularly surfaces meaningful savings: duplicate tools, unused licenses, and vendor contracts that no longer make sense.

Onboarding timed to your calendar

We intentionally time onboarding ahead of high-demand seasons โ€” like the school year or major outreach campaigns โ€” so your network is stable before attendance climbs, not catching up after.

Flat-rate pricing that rewards stability

We don't profit from problems. A more stable, mature environment means fewer support requirements โ€” and that cost savings is ours to absorb, not passed to you as a reduced bill. We're incentivized to fix things permanently.

Managed AI

AI for ministry โ€” introduced safely, after the foundation is right.

We introduce AI tools only after identity, data governance, and access controls are in place. That sequencing matters: AI without proper guardrails exposes congregation data. With them, it creates real time savings for staff without replacing the relational work that ministry requires.

Communication drafting

Newsletters, bulletin copy, event announcements, and volunteer communications drafted faster โ€” giving staff a strong first draft to refine rather than a blank page every week.

Workflow automation

Repetitive administrative tasks โ€” follow-up sequences, volunteer reminders, form routing โ€” automated with monitoring and rollback steps built in, so staff can trust what's running in the background.

Reporting & dashboards

Ministry reporting and dashboards that surface what leadership actually needs to see โ€” built within your ChMS and other systems, and kept current as your ministry evolves.
